4.0: We use this rate advisedly, since it is easy to pay more, if you don't book in advance. The Inn on Maritime Bay is Manitowoc's only waterfront hotel and it features a comfy lounge, an excellent restaurant (the Breakwater), and an indoor pool & sauna.
