Quite acceptable.

I was worried when we showed up and the confirmation number I gave her wasn't in the system. Not to worry though, they had some open rooms and even the whirlpool room I wanted before but was told was not available. It all worked out nicely.

Bathroom has nothing on which to place anything - no vanity, shelves, etc. We used the ironing board. So, the room is very over-priced given that shortcoming. From the moment I entered the front door, I had a good feeling. Everything about this hotel was clean and professional. I loved that they left the light in the room on for us, so we didn't have to stumble around in the dark in an unfamiliar room looking for a light switch. And why not leave th...
