Clean rooms, but BLAH everything else

Got to our room & the balcony door did not lock. They had no one to repair, so they gave us a new room, and DID upgrade us to a room w/fireplace. Who needs a fireplace in August? Be Careful

The water park flooring is very slippery and our kids fell several time hurting their elbows and nearly banging their heads off the floor.
