- Wow, this was a great hotel. Booked it in advance on their website, and pre-paid for a great price. It's 5 mins walk from all the state street boutiques and cafes. - A COOKIE? So what? Every single DoubleTree gives you a cookie. That's why they're known as DBL Tree cookies. But a dang cookie doesn't make up for crappy customer service.
