Not once were we asked if our food was okay, if we needed anything, etc. And then because we used our entertainment card (there was 2 of us) they charged us 18% gratuity. more on Yahoo! Travel

You walk right past the restaurant host stand to get to your room just like it isn't an issue-and it isn't. more on TripAdvisor

Food was average, HORRENDOUS Customer service, (Not busy enough to warrant it) waited 20 minutes to order, 35 minutes for our food, 20 minutes to get the bill after asking for it, 20 minutes to come back with our change from the bill. more on Yahoo! Travel
