Dishonest innkeepers
I reserved a room a month in advance and when I arrived they told me they'd they sold it out from under me leaving me and my party with nowhere to stay on a weekend where every room in a 40 mile radius was taken. Bare bones accomodation
We started calling for reservations for our weekend getaway over two months in advance but this was the only motel (with a web site) available in the Prairie du Chien area.
