Reserved a smoking room 1 month in advance and ended up with a non-smoking room. Had to go outside in cold to smoke. staff smelled smoke in hall (from our jacket after smoking outside!)and called us on the phone in our room and told us "WE BETTER NOT BE SMOKING IN THE ROOM!"
