After we stayed at the Bay Shore the 1st time, we keep returning. We have standing reservations for our vacations 3 times a year! Can't wait to get back there. An awful experience! Is you are handicapped DO NOT STAY HERE!

We reserved a suite with an appropriate handicapped bathroom. When we arrived we were told the owners had taken that suite because we didn't put a "Do not move" on our reservation.
