The attentive staff made sure we got the right horse for our ability. After a day of trail riding, we ventured off on the popular pack trip for four days of fly fishing activity and beautiful scenery. Teens get their own overnight pack trip, while adults enjoy gourmet dining back at the ranch. Even babies and toddlers get their chance!
The TA Guest Ranch is another popular Buffalo Wyoming Family Vacation destination. Renovated to reflect a more authentic historic perspective, guests of all ages enjoy riding, roping, trout fishing, backpacking, and rodeos. We enjoyed riding out to historic sites, especially Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid’s hide-out at Hole-in-the-Wall. For romantic couples, check out the Honeymoon Suite, located in the Granary Building.
For a romantic getaway, we recommend the well-established, historic Spahn’s Bighorn Mountain Bed and Breakfast in nearby Sheridan, just north of Buffalo Wyoming.
