We didn't reserve a motel, which is strongly suggested, although compared to all the other hotels (which we did compare with) this one had the cheapest, nicest, room for our 5 adults, 1 child and a baby. Have never stayed in a more run-down hotel!
We stayed at this hotel in October of 2004. The rooms were run down and filthy. It was possible to open the locked door to our room without a key. There was a pair of childs pants behind the curtain and a large used lotion bottle under the bed. The beadspread had dried blood on it and looked like... strashk, a user of Tripadvisor. Nice in many respects, but a few things were surprising and disappointing.
One expects a guest laundry in a hotel this size, and the web site says there is, but we found there is not.
No available fridge for a room we paid over $80 plus tax for.
