Complete Rip-off

Our rooms were very unclean. The carpet was unvacuumed, the sheets looked unchanged, and there were actually make-up smears on the wash clothes, presumably from the previous guests. Yes I read the reviews, and hey, it's a Comfort Inn! So there weren't to expect from the place, except a reasonable place to sleep. It turns out excellent! Staffs were extremely helpful and service minded. Rooms are clean. I think interior just underwent a major renovation so everything looked ne... Billy, a user of hotels.com.
