Hello, We were dissatisfied with the whole experience. The room was not ready at check in time. The room and hall way had a foul odor. Disappointed
After staying in your hotels in Twin Falls and Idaho Falls, Casper was really a disappointment. We were returning to New Jersey and we had just visited Yellowstone Park and noticed that you had a Shilo Inn in Casper. Since our last two stays were so great, we decided to stay.
