Completely Unacceptable

Stopped in for a night while travelling and paid $135 for a night here. The hotel room overlooked.... a wall. The pool was slimy. Our room at the Best WEstern Tower West Lodge was basically positive.
Our room were clean and neat. There was a coffee maker in the room but no clock radio or clock. Good thing we had our own travel clock with us. Terribly Dirty!!

January 2005. We asked for a new room after moving a chunk of "something" stuck to the floor with my shoe, cigarette butts and ashes on the carpet at the rear door.
