MANAGEMENT IS HORABLE COMPLETELY RUDE I HAD FAMILY MEMBERS THAT WERE DRIVING FROM CALIFORNIA TO CHICAGO FOR THE HOLIDAYS THEY WERE INVOLVED IN A CAR ACCIDENT WERE THE CAR WAS TOTALED WE CALLED THAT PLACE TO FIND OUT HOW THEY WERE THEY COULD NOT HELP US OUT AT ALL THEY HUNG UP ON US THEY WERE RUDE THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS NOBODY STAYING THERE AT ALL I HAVE NEVER DELT WITH PEOPLE THAT WERE SO RUDE BEFORE THIS IT IS SAD THAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT ARE ACTUALLY IN MANAGEMENT DOING CUSTUMER SERVICE more on Yahoo!
