WE WAS OVERBOOKED ON OUR ROOMS,SOME OF THE STAFF WAS RUDE,OTHERS WAS NICE AND TRIED TO MAKE OUR STAY PLEASENT,I HAD THE FEELING THAT WE WAS TOLD THINGS OVER THE PHONE THAT WAS HALF TRUTHS,THE LAKE IS WONDERFUL,AND THE VIEW WAS ALSO. more on Yahoo! Travel
